US Open 2019: Five top talking points

(CNN) — Has Roger Federer recovered from his Wimbledon hangover? Could Serena Williams overcome injury to clinch a singles major?
Even the US Open, the seasons final and fourth major, starts August 26 at Flushing Meadows in New York. A record prize money pot of more than $57 million is up for grabs at the 139th variant of the Open, including $3.9 million to each singles winner.
